In the middle of March we were invited to visit two of the schools in Poznan and Łódź whose teams won last years Arctic Competition. What a fantastic experience it was for us to meet up with these two teams that joined the Arctic expedition to the Faroe Islands in August 2017 and enjoy the generous programme they had organized in Poznan as well as in Łódź.

The adventure begun last February 2017 on a grey winter school day, when my Natural Science colleague asked me in the teacher room:
